Return Process :

  • MusikWala.com only accepts returns made within the first ten (10) days after delivery.
  • All return items must include original packaging,  manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.
  • It is mandatory to include the invoice copy along with the returning package/ item. In case you do not have the invoice copy contact simply MusikWala Customer Support i.e., +91 8896738538/8874014921 for invoice related query.
  • The following items are non-returnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, wind instruments, harmonicas (hygiene issues), drumheads and drum sticks. Items under 500 and above 50,000 not be returned.
  • Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired after the evaluation for the product is completed.

Acceptance

While purchasing products and/or services from the Site i.e MusikWala, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon Musikwala until  you mark on accepted by MusikWala. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone i.e. MusikWala has the right to cancel any sale transaction before dispatch (refund will be initiated once order will be cancelled in system). LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • The following items are NOT covered by this warranty.
  • Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings and batteries.
  • Setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind.
  • USB Cables, Power adapters or any accessory item are not covered under warranty.
  • Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non -approved polishes.
  • Damage, corrosion or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration.
  • Any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification from factory standards.
  • Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case or gig bag including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware etc.
  • All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alteration, misuse, or Acts of Nature.
  • Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any fashion.
  • Any instrument purchased from anyone other than musikwala.com.
  • Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Damage caused by battery leakage.
  • The cleaning of controls or contacts of electronics due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.

10 Days Return

MusikWala accepts returns within the first 10 days from shipment.

We hope and made efforts a lot so that you can’t return the products you purchased.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, and can be exchange of your choice. We give you 10 days from the shipping date.
